Booking

We are currently only seeing local clients. Appointments via teleconference are available but herbs are for local pickup only—we do not ship. This policy may change once we can better assess our capacity.

Use the calendar below to see when appointments are available. Days with openings are shown in black instead of grey. When you select a day you will see, below the calendar, which herbalist is working that day. If you want to book with a different herbalist choose another day. Select a block of time to begin setting up an appointment.

Three types of appointments are available:

  • Initial consultation — 90 minutes — for an ongoing/chronic health concern. The cost of this appointment includes one followup consultation (to be booked later)

  • Acute care consultation — 45 minutes — relatively minor conditions (coughs, colds, sores, etc.) that don't require an extensive interview

  • Followup consultation — 45 minutes — if you have already had an initial consultation

Payment is due at the time of the consultation. Pricing for consultations and herbs can be found here.

After you book your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to our New Client Questionnaire (a.k.a. intake form). We ask that you complete the form at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if possible.

Accessibility note: Our office is located on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs. If this presents a problem, you can choose a remote (video) appointment or make arrangements to meet outside the building.
